Laptop Lou is a one-person on-site repair service run by Louis Sweet in DeBary, Florida.

If you text, call, or email, I keep what I need to do the job: your name, city, phone, and a note about the machine. I don’t sell that. I don’t run ads off it. I don’t install remote-access tools you didn’t ask for.

This site doesn’t use marketing cookies. Contact forms open your own texting or email app on your device.

If I copy files off a drive, that’s your data. I don’t keep a souvenir copy after the job unless you ask me to hold a backup.
